I have read the waiver I will skate within my abilities. I understand that skateboarding is hazardous and injuries are common. I agree that Right to Sk8 Kid's Charity and its directors are not liable for any injuries which may occur before, during, or after competitions and lessons. If skater is under 18 and parents cannot be contacted in an emergency situation, I give my permission to go ahead with medical attention and understand there may be costs associated with ambulance transport.
