Right to Skate is a Saskatoon nonprofit that has been dedicated to making skateboarding accessible to youth and marginalized communities across the province for 15 years. Skateboarding fosters self-confidence, persistence, physical activity, creativity, and shows positive outcomes in improving emotional regulation and alleviating psychological distress. It can also serve as a positive alternative to team sports, where some children struggle to fit in.

at the core of our mission is the Eli Kerslake Skateboard Scholarship which provides skateboard equipment to youth from low-income families or those facing other barriers to access.
